"Are we there yet?"

"No."

"How about now?"

"No."

"Now?"

"NO."

"Now are we there?"

"WHAT DO YOU THINK, GENIUS!?"

"Uh...Yes?"

"Ugh...."

It was certainly a long way to go to reach the next territory. Spikes, spiked enemies, spike suits, there sure were a lot of spikes. And sometimes Danny had to think "outside the box" to solve a problem. A spike field lay ahead of him, and he knew neither hin nor Sammy would make it with a jump. Sammy was not paying attention to that though, instead she was fiddling with a peculiar bone.

"Sammy, we need-" Danny started, but he was abrupted by shock as Sammy wasn't looking. "SAMMY!" Danny yelled. "Sorry..." she said. "But Fabio might like this." Danny started complaining. "This is no time to-" Suddenly, an idea came out? Where was Fabio? Could he help cross the gap? "Sammy, you're a genius!" Danny exclaimed as he ran out. Sammy just stared with an uneasy glance.

Danny and Sammy stopped at a shaking box. Whimpering was inside.  Danny unraveled the tape and....POOF! A little white dog came out. "FABIO!" Sammy said cheerfully, and hugged him tight. "This is no time for happy..." muttered Danny as he swiped the bone out of Sammy's hand and gave it to Fabio. Fabio was extremely happy, and his floppy ears showed proof.

Danny was ending 2-4 if he made the jump. 2-1 through 2-3 were all abandoned cliffs and building roofs, with the occasion of cars and enemies, such as the spiked Hornicorn. But 2-4 was the garden of the 2-5 tower, which was why there was so many spikes and such. Fabio was Danny's only hope. "Come here, boy." Danny whispered to Fabio. Fabio however, thought he was playing,and wagged his ears. But curiousity comes-the ears were whirling like a propellor-Fabio was flying.

Danny gave Fabio an incompetent stare, and Fabio knew what to do. With Sammy on his back, he jumped off the spikes to reach Fabio. Only problem? Danny and Sammy were too heavy to get that high. Fabio quickly lowered himself and Danny clinged on for life. Fabio was about to get dragged down as well, but his ears were more powerful-they prevailed. Fabio got the two kids to the other side and barked goodbye as they entered the tower.

Danny and Sammy didn't like this tower. It was completely dark, and enemies loomed around. Sammy and Danny scouted for bottles, and Danny found an Ice Bottle. He blew frost on the candles, which, reacting to dust, lit the entire tower up. "I'm so smart." Danny gleefully told Sammy as they went up. But once again, the top was brighter because of more lava. Sammy nearly fainted on the stairs, but Danny threatened to freeze her.

As they continued up, Danny and Sammyencountered bats, which were very abundant, as well as a new enemie called the Toppal, and a few Freetfeet. "This was just like 2-1..." Sammy muttered, as she jumped large gaps. "JUMP!" Danny would say as Sammy crossed the rocks of 2-1. Of course, encouragement was never enough. However, it wasn't as bad as the car-filed 2-2, or even 2-3, an old underground railroad. "Are we in the Amercian Revolution?" Danny wondered.

As they finally made their way to the top, Danny and Sammy beat a Jow Guard with Spark powers, thanks to Danny's useful Ice ability. And Danny forgot the Jow Guard's note and crashed into the pipe leading to Stage 3. "Really happy ending, huh, big bro?" Sammy said sarcastically. Danny lay at the beach ahead. Fish. Fish. A floatie. Fish. "Fish, fish everywhere." Danny said before he was knocked out once again.
